More information about Brüderchen trocken - Bicking & Bicking

With the Bicking & Bicking Brüderchen comes a first-class white wine in the swirled glass. In this it offers a wonderfully brilliant, pale yellow color. To the nose, this Bicking & Bicking white wine reveals all sorts of apples, gallia melon, apricots, grapefruits and pomelo. As if that weren't already impressive, the stainless steel aging process adds yeast toast, cream candy and brioche.

This German wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 6.3 grams of residual sugar. As you would naturally expect from a wine in the upper price range, this German wine naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Taste does not necessarily require a lot of residual sugar. Due to its present fruit acidity, the little brother reveals itself to be exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of the Nahe finally inspires with beautiful length. Again, hints of peach and pineapple appear.

Vinification of the Bicking & Bicking Brüderchen

Starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Cuvée Brüderchen of Bicking & Bicking are Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus, Riesling and Scheurebe grapes. After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

Food recommendation for the Brüderchen from Bicking & Bicking

Enjoy this white wine from Germany ideally moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C as an accompanying wine to omelet with salmon and fennel, fruity endive salad or asparagus salad with quinoa.
