This balanced red wine from France is made from Syrah and Viognier grapes. After harvesting, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and gently broken up. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Brune et Blonde Côte-Rôtie is aged for another 36 months in oak barriques.
