The Bruno Giacosa winery stands like no other in Piedmont for award-winning top wines and crus from the Barolo and Barbaresco wine regions. The estate is located in the small town of Neive. Bruno Giacosa combines in his passion, wisdom and foresight the work of three generations of winegrowers and a long history of a negociant based on the French model. A historical passion, grown between the best vineyards of the Langa, always looking for the best grapes to buy to make excellent wines. Only red wines from Nebbiolo grapes. Some of these vineyards were acquired over time, so the wine was infected from its own grapes. Like the renowned winery Azienda Agricola Falletto, which has been owned by Bruno Giacosa since the 1980s, Barolo locations in Serralunga d'Alba and renowned cru locations in Barbaresco such as Asili and Rabjà.
His daughter Bruna has been at his side since 1984 and shares the same passion, supported by the oenologist Dante Scaglione. Since then, in addition to red wines, the winery's offer has also expanded to the production of excellent sparkling wines in bottle fermentation according to the classical method.

To this day, there is a line that trades under the name of Bruno Giacosa Wine House and has always processed grapes supplied by winegrowers, and the wines of the Azienda Agricola Falletto from its own cultivation and production.

In the 1960s it was Bruno Giacosa and Angelo Gaja who took a new direction and showed the qualitative potential of the region. Bruno Giacosa created Barolo and Barbaresco Riserva, which still surrounds a myth today and which stand out with a characteristic hint of austerity, fruity sweetness and impressive structure.

Bruno Giacosa, the old master of Barolo and Barbaresco, died in early 2018 at the age of 89 and lives on with his daughter Bruna. His love of wine, his ability and intuition for great wines, the quest for perfection without compromise in all processes and the unmistakable style of the wines of Bruno Giacosa are at the centre of attention yesterday as today and are at the same time the history and the goal of the winery and the people who run it.
