Cuvée 28+ Rosé Brut - Rotari
The Cuvée 28+ Rosé Brut from Rotari from the Italian DOC Trento wine region in Trentino - Alto Adige is a fruity, flowery, elegant and harmonious spumante, made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
In a delicate pink tone with glittering highlights, this spumante presents itself in the glass. The perlage rises to the surface in wonderfully persistent and fine strings of pearls. The nose is caressed by an intense fruity bouquet. Aromas of red berry fruits (currant, raspberry, strawberry) unfold - accompanied by floral notes of roses. On the palate this Italian sparkling wine convinces with an animating freshness and a crispy velvety texture, which is perfectly underlined by the elegant flowery character of Pinot Noir. This is accompanied by aromas of sweet almonds and ripe currant.
Vinification of the Rotari Rosé Brut Cuvée 28+
After the Metodo Classico this Spumante is vinified. This method allows the intensity of the Chardonnays and the aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir to be perfectly expressed. Only DOC base wines are used.
Over 28 months of refinement on the lees are necessary for this sparkling wine.
