Der Lugana DOC von Cecilia Beretta offenbart sich im Glas in einem hellen Strohgelb mit floralen Anklängen und Aromen von frischen Früchten wie reifem Apfel, Birne, ergänzt um blumige Anflüge von Akazie.
Der Cecilia Beretta Lugana ist am Gaumen leicht und würzig mit einem angenehmen Säurespiel und schöner Länge.
Vinifikation des Cecilia Beretta Lugana
Dieser Weißwein wird zu 100% aus Trebbiano di Lugana vinifiziert.
Nach der Kaltmazeration werden die Trauben gepresst und der Most teilweise geklärt und mit ausgewählten Hefen in Edelstahltanks fermentiert.
