In the glass, this wine shimmers a rich ruby red with purple highlights. This Italian red wine has a wonderful aroma of cassis and spicy vanilla notes. Soft on the palate with nuances of blackcurrants, juicy dark cherries - accompanied by spicy wood notes. Vinification of the Feudo Arancio Cabernet Sauvignon

The ripe Cabernet grapes for this red wine are harvested at the end of September. Once the grapes have arrived in the Feudo Arancio wine cellar, the grapes are destemmed and fermented on the skins in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by malolactic fermentation. The 12-month maturation in French oak barriques ensures a full body rich in extracts and a fine tannin structure.
