This pure wine matures for 26 months in French barriques (50% in new and 50% in used barriques).
The Cabernet Sauvignon from Kanonkop develops during its ageing the complexity of nutty and berry Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
It is a very fine wine - harmonious, balanced and graceful, with strong fruity aromas. A variety of nuances fill the mouth and palate in the finish.
Serve this Rosso with dark meat such as lamb or beef.
