After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Campo Marina Primitivo Merlot can continue to harmonize for 8 months in French and American oak barrels.
