With its lively fruit acidity, the Cap Classique Bliss Nectar reveals itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region of the Western Cape finally inspires with beautiful length. Once again, hints of lemon appear. Vinification of Graham Beck Wines Cap Classique Bliss Nectar
.The basis for Graham Beck Wines' premium and wonderfully elegant Cap Classique Bliss Nectar cuvée is Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Western Cape. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of sand and limestone. After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
