The balanced Carmenere Progetto Recupero from Italy is a single-varietal wine, made from the Carmenère grape variety. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Veneto. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay and volcanic rock. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. After its end, the elegant Carmenere Progetto Recupero is aged for another 3 months in oak barrels.
