Vinification of the Vilarnau Cava Brut
The Cava Brut from Spain is a cuvée, organically pressed from the grape varieties Parellada and Viura. Following the manual harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house in the fastest way possible. Here they are selected and gently pressed. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines.
