The light-footed Cava Extremarium Brut Reserva from the pen of Mont Marcal shines into the glass with brilliant light yellow. In the middle, the tone transitions to a charming color. To the nose, this Mont Marcal Cava presents all manner of black cherries, plums, morello cherries and plums. As if that wasn't already impressive, the aging in small wooden barrels adds oriental spices, roasted hazelnut and cinnamon.

Vinification of the Cava Extremarium Brut Reserva from Mont Marcal
The elegant Cava Extremarium Brut Reserva from Spain is a cuvée, made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo. After the grape harvest, the grapes immediately enter the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation at controlled temperatures follows. The vinification is followed by a maturation of 4 months in quarter barrels of French oak.
