The elegant Cava Stars Brut Nature from Spain is a cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Parellada, Viura and Xarel-lo. Following the manual harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. The fermentation of the base wines follows. After the cuvée is assembled, further aging follows based on the bottle storage. Subsequently, the Castillo Perelada Cava Stars Brut Nature matures for 9 months in the bottle.
