Der Cayrol Carignan Vieilles Vignes von Domaine Lafage ist ein rebsortenreiner, harmonischer und kräftiger Rotwein aus dem französischen Weinanbaugebiet Languedoc-Roussillon. 

Dieser Wein erstrahlt in einem wunderschönen, dunklen Kirschrot im Glas. In der Nase präsentiert sich dieser Rotwein mit intensiven Aromen von saftig-reifen Früchten, insbesondere rote Johannisbeere, Heidelbeeren und Schwarzkirschen. Die fruchtige Aromatik wird dabei von Noten nach Rosmarin perfekt unterstrichen. Am Gaumen besitzt dieser südfranzösische Rotwein eine sehr gute Struktur, körnige Tannine und eine erfrischende Säure, die einen schönen Spannungsbogen bilden und in einem runden, langen Nachhall auslaufen.
