Vinification of the Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Rosé from Zaccagnini

This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Montepulciano. Only the best grapes were harvested for this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Zaccagnini. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Rosé can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. Once the wine is finished, the Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Rosé is carefully harmonized.
