The Fantini Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo from Farnese Vini from the Italian wine-growing region of Abruzzo is a pure, balanced and persistent rosé wine, which is vinified from the Montepulciano grape variety.

This wine shines in the glass in a bright pink. The delicious bouquet unfolds, which is characterized by the aromas of ripe strawberries. This medium-strong, Italian rosé wine is balanced on the palate, soft and round. The finish offers a pleasant length and a fine hint of berry.

Vinification of the Farnese Vini Cerasuolo Fantini

The hand-picked Montepulciano grapes are gently pressed and macerated on the skins for a short time. Fermentation is then carried out at 12 degrees Celsius in stainless steel tanks for 15 days.
