In the glass, this red wine from Badia a Coltibuono offers aromas of mulberries, blackcurrants, blueberries and blackberries, complemented by oriental spices, vanilla and black tea. On the palate, the Cetamura Chianti from Badia a Coltibuono starts off wonderfully aromatic, fruity and balanced. Vinification of the Badia a Coltibuono Cetamura Chianti
Canaiolo and Sangiovese grapes are the starting point for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Cetamura Chianti cuvée from Badia a Coltibuono. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Cetamura Chianti is aged for several months in oak barrels.
