More information about Château La Mission Haut Brion Cru Classé Pessac-Léognan -

Château La Mission Haut Brion Cru Classé Pessac-Léognan from the Bordeaux wine-growing region appears in the glass in bright purple. Tilting the glass slightly, a transition of the wine color towards brick red can be seen at the edges. This French cuvée presents wonderfully expressive notes of black currants, mulberries, blueberries and blackberries in the glass. These are joined by hints of cocoa bean, gingerbread spice and cinnamon.

This French wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. This is a true quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities, and so this French naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need sugar. Balanced and multifaceted, this silky and fleshy red wine presents itself on the palate. The final of this red wine from the wine-growing region of Bordeaux finally captivates with beautiful reverberation.

This balanced red wine from France is made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by aging .

This red wine from France is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect to accompany stuffed peppers, osso buco or roasted calf's liver with apples, onions and balsamic vinegar sauce.
