Vinification of the Gerard Bertrand Change Sauvignon Blanc
This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Sauvignon Blanc. For this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Gerard Bertrand, only first-class grapes were used. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Change Sauvignon Blanc can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
