More information

The Change Sauvignon Blanc from the pen of Gerard Bertrand from Languedoc presents a brilliant pale yellow color in the wine glass. To the nose, this Gerard Bertrand white wine shows all sorts of grapefruits, lemons, lemongrass, nashi pear and limes.

On the palate, Gerard Bertrand's Change Sauvignon Blanc opens wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. Light on its feet and multi-layered, this light white wine presents itself on the palate. The final of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of the Languedoc finally convinces with good reverberation.

Vinification of the Gerard Bertrand Change Sauvignon Blanc

This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Sauvignon Blanc. For this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Gerard Bertrand, only first-class grapes were used. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Change Sauvignon Blanc can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....

Food recommendation for the Change Sauvignon Blanc by Gerard Bertrand

Experience this organic white wine from France best well chilled at 8 - 10°C as a companion to leek tortilla, fruity endive salad or cabbage roulades.
