On the tongue, this light-bodied white wine is characterized by an uncommonly crisp texture. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by loess and clay join in.
Vinification of the Chardonnay non-alcoholic by Carl Jung
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Chardonnay. For this wonderfully elegant varietal wine from Carl Jung, only first-class grapes were brought in. In the Rheingau, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of loam and loess. After harvesting, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in controlled temperatures. Afterwards, this wine is carefully dealcoholized.
