The Chardonnay from Borgo Magredo is straw yellow with light green reflections in the glass.

The appealing bouquet reveals notes of meadow flowers and fresh herbs as well as aromas of ripe apples and juicy peaches. This Italian white wine has a well-structured body and is wonderfully harmonious on the palate. On the palate, apple notes can once again be detected together with hazelnut aromas.

Vinification of Borgo Magredo Chardonnay

The grapes are destemmed, crushed and the resulting must is pressed after a short standing time. The resulting must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where this wine rounds off until bottling.
