Vinification of the Chardonnay Giaiet from Stella
The basis for the powerful Chardonnay Giaiet from Italy are grapes from the Chardonnay variety. In Piedmont, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sand and limestone. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately sent to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.

This Italian white wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to vegetable salad with beetroot, spinach gratin with almonds or pasta with sausage dumplings.
