This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Chardonnay. Only the best grapes were used for this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Weinhof Kobler. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of sand. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Chardonnay Ogeaner can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees.
