Der Chardonnay von Zonnebloem offenbart sich mit einer klaren Farbe und Anklängen von Strohgelb im Glas. Das sich entfaltende Bouquet wird dominiert von den Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten, wie Mandarinen und Limetten. Abgerundet werden diese Noten von Ananas und cremiger Vanille.
Dieser südafrikanische Weißwein überzeugt am Gaumen mit seinem zarten Schmelz, der eleganten MIneralität und dezenter Vanille. Das sehr lange Finale dieses Chardonnays ist harmonisch abgerundet.
Vinifikation für den Zonnebloem Chardonnay
Die Trauben für diesen Weißwein aus Stellenbosch wurden von Hand gelesen, in Edelstahltanks fermentiert und anschließend für 7 Monate auf der Hefe gelassen.
Speiseempfehlung für den Zonnebloem Chardonnay
Genießen Sie diesen trockenen Weißwein zu Meeresfrüchten und Geflügel oder zu Pasta mit Kräutersaucen.
