Château Arrogant Frog Blanc AOP 2019 - Arrogant Frog
The Château Arrogant Frog Blanc from Arrogant Frog is a beautifully creamy, French white wine from the grape variety Chardonnay (100%).
This wine is a brilliant golden yellow with glittering highlights in the glass. The intense and complex bouquet reveals lush aromas of brioche, nuts and dried pineapple, combined with notes of citrus and quince. This French white wine convinces the palate with a wonderfully creamy texture, which is accompanied by filigree wood nuances. The finish has a wonderful length.
Vinification of the Chateau Arrogant Frog Blanc
After the selective manual harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, taking care that the must does not have long contact with the skin. Fermentation is then carried out in oak barrels at a constant temperature of 16 degrees Celsius. One third of the wine undergoes a subsequent malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, after which 100% of the wine is aged in American and French oak barriques (half each). 1/3 of the barrels are first occupied and 2/3 are second occupied. The maturation in the barriques takes place for nine months.

War eine tolle Überraschung beim Franzosen. Trocken, fruchtig, eine Nase Maracuja, weich im Abgang
