The basis for the balanced Château Bel Air Bordeaux from Bordeaux are grapes from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Château Bel Air Bordeaux can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
