More information
With the Bordeaux premium selection Château Le Bruilleau Pessac-Léognan Blanc comes a first-class white wine in the well-polished wine glass. In this it shows a wonderfully dense, light yellow color. This French cuvée presents wonderfully expressive notes of apple, mirabelle plum, peach and pear in the glass. In addition, hints of other fruits join.
The Bordeaux premium selection Château Le Bruilleau Pessac-Léognan Blanc presents itself to the wine drinker wonderfully dry. This white wine never shows itself coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the Château Le Bruilleau Pessac-Léognan Blanc flatters with a velvety mouthfeel, without lacking juicy liveliness. The finale of this white wine from the Bordeaux wine region, more precisely from Pessac-Léognan, which can age well, finally thrills with a beautiful reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral hints of the gravel-dominated soils.
Vinification of Château Le Bruilleau Pessac-Léognan Blanc of Bordeaux premium selection
.The basis for the powerful Château Le Bruilleau Pessac-Léognan Blanc from France are grapes from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Bordeaux. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of gravel. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
