Vinification of the Château Les Rambauds Cuvée Bordeaux Supérieur
This wonderful cuvée is vinified from Merlot (40%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), Malbec (20%) and Cabernet Franc (10%) grapes.
After the grapes are harvested, they are destemmed, crushed and the resulting must is fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. This wine is then aged for 12 months in American oak barriques.
