This powerful red wine from France is vinified from Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah grapes. In Languedoc, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone and marl. Clearly, Château L'Hospitalet Grand Vin Rouge La Clape is also determined by climate and viticultural style La Clape. This French wine can be described in the best sense of the word as an Old World wine that is exceptionally impressive. At the time of optimal ripeness, the grapes for Château L'Hospitalet Grand Vin Rouge La Clape are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective machines. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are selected and gently broken up. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Château L'Hospitalet Grand Vin Rouge La Clape is aged for another 16 months in oak barriques.
