Château Maréchaux - Bordeaux Supérieur
The Maréchaux cellars were founded in 1964 and are located at the centre of the Libourne region. Château Maréchaux’s vineyards currently cover 17 hectares and finds itself at the beginning of a great international career.
Together, Michel Mignot and his son Julian are the soul of this winery. It was in 1981 that a cuvée with 10 % Cabernet Sauvignon was first introduced under the name Château Maréchaux. Back then, this was an absolute novelty, as brand new barriques were used. Today the Bordeaux Supérieur is the flagship wine of the cellars. Cabernet Franc, Sémillion and Sauvignon Blanc wines are also produced in smaller quantities.
