The Château Minuty 281 Côtes de Provence by Château Minuty from Provence offers a brilliant, light red color in the swirled glass. If you give it some air by swirling, this rosé wine is characterized by an immense brilliance that makes it dance lively in the glass. With a little time in the glass, this Old World rosé wine reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of physalis, mango, pineapple and star fruit, rounded out by sun-warmed rocks and forest floor.
This French wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would naturally expect from a wine icon wine segment, this French naturally enraptures with the finest balance for all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. In the finish, this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Provence finally delights with beautiful length. There are again hints of Gallia melon and mango.
Vinification of the Château Minuty Château Minuty 281 Côtes de Provence
Grenache and Syrah grapes are the starting point for Château Minuty 281 Côtes de Provence, a premium and wonderfully elegant cuvée. Of course, the Château Minuty 281 Côtes de Provence is also determined by more than just the soil Cotes de Provence. This Frenchman can be described as an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, and it is extraordinarily impressive. The fact that the Grenache and Syrah grapes thrive under the influence of a warm climate also has a considerable influence on the maturation of the vintage. This manifests itself, among other things, in particularly well ripened grapes and rather high alcohol content in the wine. At the time of optimal ripeness, the grapes for Château Minuty 281 Côtes de Provence are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective machines. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
