The Domaine de Sénéchaux Blanc from Châteauneuf du Pape shimmers golden yellow in the glass. The nose is spoiled with fruity tones of ripe peach and sweet pears and apples. On the palate, these flavors are mirrored and wonderfully complemented by caramel and vanilla notes that dot this cuvée. An intense finish of a nice length ends "for now" this aromatic game.
Vinification of the Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc from Domaine de Sénéchaux
Cellarmaster Bernard Tranchecoste is responsible for the cuvée of 33% from Rousanne, 29.5% Grenache Blanc, 29.5% Clairette and 8% Bourboulenc. As with the red wines of Domaine de Sénécheaux, which are also prizewinning, the yield of the white grape varieties is regulated to 30 hl/ha. This fact, coupled with a gentle grape pressing and processing tempered to about 18 ° C, allows this fantastic variety of flavors.
