The Chianti Colli Senesi from the pen of Torre alle Tolfe from Tuscany reveals a dense, ruby red color in the glass. The first nose of the Chianti Colli Senesi reveals blackberries, lilac and mulberries. The fruity components of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel ageing such as garrigue, green peppers and Mediterranean herbs.
This wine impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with just 0.5 grams of residual sugar. As you would naturally expect from a wine in the high quality wine range, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. This dense red wine is full-bodied and multi-faceted on the palate. Vinification of Torre alle Tolfe Chianti Colli Senesi
This powerful Chianti Colli Senesi from Italy is a cuvée, organically produced from the Canaiolo, Colorino and Sangiovese grape varieties. The grapes for this red wine from Italy are harvested exclusively by hand when they are perfectly ripe. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden vats at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Chianti Colli Senesi is matured for a few months in oak barriques.
