Vinification of the Tantini Giovanna Chiaretto Bardolino
This balanced red wine from Italy is vinified from the grape varieties Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Veneto. After the harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
