Vinification of the Château Micalet Haut-Médoc by Micalet
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant cuvée Château Micalet Haut-Médoc by Micalet are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes. After harvesting, the grapes arrive at the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in large wood at controlled temperatures. After its end, the organically produced Château Micalet Haut-Médoc is aged for several months in oak barrels. After the wine is finished, the Château Micalet Haut-Médoc is carefully harmonized.
