Cielo 9° Frizzante Rosato - Cielo e Terra

The Cielo e Terra Cielo 9° Rosato is a first-class sparkling wine in a glass. It has a wonderfully brilliant rosé color. This Italian sparkling wine delights the eye with reflections of violets, lilac, jasmine, mulberries and blueberries on the nose.

The Cielo 9° Rosato can rightly be described as exceptionally fruity and velvety, as it has been vinified with a pleasantly sweet taste profile. This light sparkling wine is light-footed and multi-layered on the palate. Thanks to its lively fruit acidity, the Cielo 9° Rosato is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. The finish of this rosé from the Veneto wine-growing region is delightfully long. There are again hints of jasmine and lavender.

Vinification of the Cielo 9° Rosato from Cielo e Terra

The 9° Rosato from Italy is made from the Glera and Raboso grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

This Italian sparkling wine is best enjoyed chilled at 8 - 10°C. It goes perfectly with yoghurt mousse with poppy seeds, elderflower yoghurt ice cream with lemon balm or coconut and kefir cream.
