Vinification of Gagliardi Ciliegiolo Ceresi
The powerful Ciliegiolo Ceresi from Italy is a single-varietal wine, made from the Ciliegiolo grape variety. The grapes for this red wine from Italy, when perfectly ripe, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.

This Italian red wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to stuffed peppers, osso buco or vegetable couscous with beef meatballs.
