This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Pecorino. Only flawless grapes were used for this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Lunaria. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. Once the wine is finished, the Civitas Pecorino Terre Di Chieti Igp is carefully harmonized.
