In the center, this white wine shows a beautiful golden yellow color. If you give it some air by swirling, you can perceive a perfect balance in this white wine, because it does not stand out watery or syrupy or liqueur-like on the walls of the glass. In the glass, this white wine from Viñas del Vero reveals aromas of honeysuckle, cherry blossom, orange blossom, apricots and nectarines, complemented by garrigue, green peppers and Mediterranean herbs. This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in this price range, this Spaniard naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully silky. In the finish, this matured white wine from the wine-growing region of Aragon finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of cherry blossom and apricot. The Clarión is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, because this Spaniard exudes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underlines the success of wines from the Old World. After the harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
