Vinification of the Codorníu Clasico Rosado Brut
The elegant Clasico Rosado Brut from Spain is a cuvée, pressed from the grape varieties Grenache, Monastrell and Trepat. Following the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. The fermentation of the base wines follows. After the cuvée is assembled, further aging follows based on the Méthode Traditionelle, classic bottle fermentation. Subsequently, the Codorníu Clasico Rosado Brut matures for 9 months on the full yeast.
