Of course, the Clos de Rochegrès Moulin-à-Vent 1,5 l Magnum is also determined by climatic and stylistic factors Moulin À Vent. This French can be called an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, exceptionally impressive. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the powerful Clos de Rochegrès Moulin-à-Vent 1.5 l Magnum is aged for another 10 months in French oak barriques.
