Pressive and complex, this dense red wine presents itself on the palate. The finale of this good aging red wine from the wine-growing region of Beaujolais, more precisely from Moulin À Vent, finally convinces with considerable reverberation.
Vinification of the Clos du Grand Carquelin Moulin-à-Vent 1,5 l Magnum from Château des Jacques
This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Gamay. Only premium grape material was used for this wonderfully powerful single varietal wine from Château des Jacques. Of course, the Clos du Grand Carquelin Moulin-à-Vent 1.5 l Magnum is also determined by climatic and stylistic factors Moulin À Vent. This French wine can literally be called an Old World wine, which is extraordinarily impressive. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for 12 months in French oak barriques.
