The barrel-aged Club Batonnage 1.5 l Magnum from the wine-growing region the Burgenland offers itself in the glass in dense purple. In the glass, this red wine from Club Batonnage shows aromas of blackberry jelly and blackberries, complemented by toasted wood and cocoa. The Club Batonnage Club Batonnage 1.5 l Magnum delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Austrian naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. In the finish, this very storable wine from the wine-growing region of Burgenland finally delights with exceptional length. Once again, hints of blackberry and blackberry jelly appear.
Vinification of the Club Batonnage Club Batonnage 1.5 l Magnum
This powerful red wine from Austria is vinified from the grape varieties Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. When the perfect physiological ripeness is ensured, the grapes for Club Batonnage 1,5 l Magnum are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of punishing and less selective machines. After its end, the powerful Club Batonnage 1.5 l Magnum is aged for several months in French oak barrels.
