Collezione Il Mio - La Nuova Generazione del Vino Italiano

It had long been Stephan Pellegrini’s dream to interpret the wines from his Italian homeland in a completely new way. And so the telling name Il Mio came into being. After all, he felt, wine lovers should be able to identify themselves with these selected wines and consider each bottle as ‘il mio vino’ – my wine.

Affordable Wines for High Expectations

The renowned designer Rüdiger Ertel was responsible for the elegant and innovative design, while Stephan Pellegrini consciously decided to use a modern screw-cap - Collezione Il Mio was born. First, the desired flavour and quality was defined in cooperation with oenologist friends in Italy. Then they collectively decided upon the most suitable region, grape variety and vinification method. Many surveys and experiments were carried out on location before a final decision was made. Today, Collezione Il Mio stands for a new generation of Italian wines ‘La nuova generazione del vino italiano’.
