Vinification of the Bodegas Valdemar Conde Valdemar Edición Limitada Rioja
The powerful Conde Valdemar Edición Limitada Rioja from Spain is a cuvée, vinified from the grape varieties Maturana Tinto, Graciano and Tempranillo, with Tempranillo making up the largest share with 60%. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by a maturation of 24 months in new wood of French Allier oak and American oak.
