The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Corte Giara Bardolino cuvée from Corte Giara is Corvina Veronese, Molinara and Rondinella grapes. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the Corte Giara Bardolino can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
