Vinification of the 6 advantage package of Duca di Salaparuta
The basis for the elegant 6 advantage package from Sicily are grapes from the grape variety Grecanico. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Sicily. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone and sandstone. Obviously, the 6 advantage package is also determined by climatic and stylistic factors Terre Siciliane IGT. This Italian can literally be described as an Old World wine that is exceptionally impressive. The fact that the Grecanico grapes thrive under the influence of a warm climate also has a very high influence on the ripening of the grapes. This manifests itself, among other things, in particularly well ripened grapes and rather high alcohol content in the wine. After the grapes are harvested, they are immediately taken to the winery.
