With the Domaine Fond Croze Vincent de Catari Côtes du Rhône Villages a first-class red wine comes into the glass. Here it reveals a wonderfully dense, purple-red colour. Ideally poured into a red wine glass, this red wine from the Old World shows wonderfully distinguished aromas of plum, mulberry, black cherry and morello cherry, rounded off by black tea, vanilla and brown bread.
This dry red wine from Domaine Fond Croze is something for wine lovers who like it absolutely dry. The Vincent de Catari Côtes du Rhône Villages is already quite close to this, as it was pressed with just 1.1 grams of residual sugar. On the tongue, this powerful red wine is characterized by an incredibly crisp texture. With its lively fruit acidity, the Vincent de Catari Côtes du Rhône Villages is exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. The finale of this mature red wine from the Northern Rhône Valley wine-growing region, or more precisely from Cotes du Rhône Villages, finally inspires with a remarkable aftertaste.
Vinification of the Vincent de Catari Côtes du Rhône Villages from Domaine Fond Croze
Basis for the first-class and wonderfully powerful Cuvée Vincent de Catari Côtes du Rhône Villages from Domaine Fond Croze are Carignan, Garnacha and Syrah grapes. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and concrete at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, Vincent de Catari Côtes du Rhône Villages can continue to harmonise on the fine yeast for 24 months.
