The Crucillón from Bodegas Aragonesas is a wonderful Spanish red wine blend of Tempranillo (50%) and Garnacha Tinta (50%).
The bright red, shimmering purple color of this wine is reminiscent of ripe cherries. Powerful and fruity, this Spanish red wine smells of black and red fruit aromas (cherries, blackberries, black currants, raspberries). The full, balanced and slightly sweet taste is carried by a dense, round body and leads to a soft and appealing finish of medium length.
Vinification of Crucillón Garnacha Tempranillo
The fully ripe grapes of Bodegas Aragonesas, harvested mostly by hand and a small part by machine, are first destemmed, crushed and the resulting mash is fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. Afterwards, the must is pressed and this wine ages for a while in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.

Serve this dry red wine from Spain with pasta with dark sauces, well-seasoned meat dishes and cheese.
