Cuatro Rayas

Bodega Cuatro Rayas is a Spanish community of wine growers, which was founded in 1935. Despite the Spanish Civil War, which began just one year later, the four winegrowers managed to market their products and achieve a certain success. While the first wines were still sold directly from the barrel, the first bottlings were made in the 50s. 

Tank 61

In the founding year the winegrowers combined their harvests to create a common wine. Legend has it that the wine from tank 61 was so good that the brand "61" was born, which still exists today. Today the 61 family extends from liqueur wines to Frizzante and Vermouth. The grape varieties used here are Verdejo and Tempranillo.
